January 31, 2005 - Columbia, MD - Dot21 Real-Time Systems announced that it is licensing its NTDS protocols, NTDS to Ethernet Conversion software, and NTDS device drivers to Cielo Solutions of San Diego, California. This license will allow Cielo Solutions to become the premiere provider of NTDS (Naval Tactical Data Systems) to Ethernet conversion devices.

"Cielo Solutions will offer its customers innovative packaging for NTDS to Ethernet conversion devices, including a rack mount chassis that can accommodate up to four NTDS devices, and a new, ruggedized converter based on the PC-104 form factor. These new devices will provide Dot21's technology to a broad range of customers who are interfacing with legacy NTDS devices," said Mark Bailey, Business Development Manager from Dot21 Real-Time Systems.
